You WILL be offered a replacement if a defect has occurred due to my workmanship and I am notified as to the problem within 14 days of purchase.
Wood is extremely durable but not indestructible. We will not be responsble for misuse due to any mishap other than for the intended purpose.
We ship USPS Priority Mail w/DConfirmation from FOB Origin: Blairstown, NJ 07825 in a USPS flat rate envelope at the actual cost of $5.25 for 1 to 4 hooks shipped at the same time and to the same address. (new USPS rate as of 1/27/2013)
Sorry, we don't ship UPS nor is it a convenient option.
Insurance is your option: All items are safely and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit but we cannot guarantee lost or misdirected mail by the post office without insurance. Please ask for a quote if required or needed by you.
If your insured package is lost we will work with you to obtain a refund for your purchase. It takes the cooperation of both parties to obtain a refund. Please note the Post Office does not refund shipping and/or insurance costs.
We have never had a lost or damaged package to date :)
You will receive an email for receipt of payment and on for the day your package ships out to you. All items/packages ship within 48 hours of payment (excluding weekends).
Payments accepted through Paypal ONLY in US Dollars with shipping to all approved Paypal countries. We ship flat rate Priority plus insurance, if available, to your country.
We cannot track packages once they leave the USA, therefore, we canot take responsibility for packages to foreign countries that are lost in transit. What we can do is provide you with a receipt of mailing and a copy of the custom form.
